Privacy.

When you email a general enquiry, application or collaboration proposal, Smokey Barbers receives your email address and the information you include. We use them to consider your enquiry, contact you and manage any resulting conversation.

New enquiries are sent through your own email service to info@smokeybarbers.co.uk and handled in our Google Workspace inbox. The email links do not submit information to the website. Earlier website form submissions remain in a private database accessible only to the site owner. Do not email identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.

For questions about an enquiry or to ask for your information to be corrected or deleted, email info@smokeybarbers.co.uk.

Appointments are handled by Booksy. Google reviews and directions link to Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies and account settings.

This website does not add advertising trackers. The hosting platform may process technical information and use cookies for security and owner sign-in.

Website statistics

We count page views, taps on the Tolworth and Kingston phone numbers, taps on links to info@smokeybarbers.co.uk and clicks to each shop’s Booksy page to understand how the website is used. We store daily totals by page, booking, call or email destination and broad referral source (such as Google, Instagram or direct / unknown). We do not use tracking cookies, browser storage, visitor identifiers or fingerprinting, and our statistics do not store IP addresses or full referral URLs. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Counts do not identify unique visitors or confirm completed bookings, connected phone calls or sent emails. These statistics are accessible only to the site owner.
